If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days of the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates, personalized products and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on visibly used products.
To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:
Mail it back to us in a bubble mailer or the original packaging with a tracking number, include order number and a note with “Return for Refund”, your name, phone number and shipping address. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we cannot be responsible for any packages lost in transit.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment or if there is a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please include a note with name, phone number, order number, along with $5 cash or money order for return shipping. We recommend shipping your exchange with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we cannot be responsible for any packages lost in transit.
For ring exchanges, mail it back to us in a bubble mailer or the original packaging (including box), and indicate the new size needed.
