Can I return an item?
Tricky question! Yes, if it can be restocked. Unfortunately not if it has any personalization.
What is personalization?
If you purchased an item that has a name or a date that is unique to you. That is personalization.
I placed my order! When will it ship?
Jewelry and Accessories (including engraved items) usually ship within 48 hours. Apparel and other printed items typically ship in 3-7 days. Holidays can also take an extra day or two on top of that. We work really hard to make everything and get it out the door as fast as possible! We know you can’t wait to get it and we appreciate the opportunity to get it to you!
How does it get to me?
We primarily use the United States Postal Service for transit. That means it will come to your mailbox. Yes, we will ship to a PO BOX. Please remember that once an item leaves our shop, it is no longer within our control. Please make sure your address is correct or the item may get lost or travel slow as a turtle. How do I track my order?
Hopefully you entered the correct email address at checkout because as soon as your order is pulled to be made, we send a tracking number to that email address. Also, be sure to check the box during checkout that allows you to get order updates via Facebook Messenger. There will be no tracking information available though until it is actually on it’s way and scanned by the USPS. You can track your package here www.usps.com
Where is my package?
If you have tracked it and are confused, we probably will be as well. Once it leaves our shop, we can only see what you see. If you have not received it within two weeks of of the ship date (domestic USA orders) the Postal Service may have lost it. If that happens, please contact us so we can put a big smile on your face with our fabulous Customer Care! International orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. It is usually less but the Postal Service won’t deem it lost for 6 weeks. WE ARE SORRY! Contact us for help anytime!
OH NO! I forgot to use my discount code! Can I still get it?
Yes, if the order has not shipped. Just send us a Facebook message or an email with your order number and the code. We will be happy to apply it!
An item is missing from my order! What are you going to do about it?
We will always do our best to make you happy! Email us and let’s find out what happened!
You misspelled my name on my order! I did not get what I ordered! Help?
Oh no… Sometimes we goof. Email us and let’s find out what happened! Include your order number and describe the item. We want to turn your frown upside down!

You can always message us on Facebook or you can call (850) 612-9773. Please leave a message if you do not reach a real human being. Note that it may ring for up to 30 seconds before the voicemail picks up (Thanks Verizon). We will get back to you as soon as possible. Promise!
I don’t have a credit card or PayPal Account! Now what?
We also accept most major debit cards and gift cards! Still doesn’t help? Mail in orders can be done but you probably should email us with the order and then we can give you the correct amount to send in with a money order or cash. We do not accept checks. Understand the items will not be made or shipped until payment is received.
